Book Report Forms

To earn the CEUs you must read all the titles on a book list prior to Camp. Complete a report evaluating each book by completing a form below.  Reports should be submitted no later than July 28, 2024.

These reports should include your personal reaction to the book and how you might use the book in your library or classroom.  A detailed report is required for half the books on the list, following the expectations outlined below. In order to earn continuing education credits per list, you must read the entire list, report on at least half the books and attend Camp Read-a-Lot in August 2024
